Place of Reflection

The Place of Reflection is currently being built in Kings Park, a result of many years of hard work to raise funds for it.

This is a joint initiative of the 5 organisations: Healing Hearts Foundation, Sids and Kids WA, The Compassionate Friends, Soroptomist International of South Perth and ASeTTS who formed a consortium to built the place that would be dedicated to all those who suffered loss of loved ones/those who lost their culture/country, whose grief is constant and who may not be able to visit a grave of their loved ones.

With the full support from the Friends of Kings Park and the $1 million from Lotterywest the project has almost come to its fruition.

The Place of Reflection is almost completed and the launch will be on the 15^th April, Friday morning. The intention is to have a WA Premier there as well as many other guests and for the Place to be dedicated to all people of WA who may want to use the place to reflect, relax and find some relief for their grief. The launch is invitation only event.
